The reserve team also started with a 3-2 win with an away win at Woodhousehill with Stefan Kennedy getting a brace and Johnny Hick

BOSTON SPARTANS Bramham FC 1 Boston Spartans AFC 3 Fund raising match for Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool on August 1st has raised nearly £1000. Thanks to all you who donated and took part in the very successful day. The recent birth of a grandson, Max George Dowson, to Brian Coutts, secretary at Boston, and Ron Dowson, Bramham asst manager,was a bit hectic as he had to be transferred hours after his birth to Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool for an operation. While there the proud parents, laura and Ryan, were lucky enough to get a room for their weeks stay at Ronald McDonald House which is onsite at Alder Hey. Ronald Mcdonald House is a 69 room house that provides free accommadation for parents whilst their children are having treatment at the world famous childrens hospital which cost in excess of £400000 a year to run.
